Project Duration
- Contract, 12 Months
- High performing candidates will be extended beyond the initial contract, and may have the opportunity to convert to a full-time employee
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to the call center, related to 911/emergency, collections, service orders, billing, start/stop/move orders, etc.
- Strive to handle all inbound calls in a “one call resolution” fashion
- Complete calls in a timely fashion, while ensuring the customer does not feel rushed
Required Skills
- Inbound call center experience
- Experience with MS Office
- Comfortable with web applications
- Comfortable making financial calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Articulate, ability to hold a professional conversation
- Extremely punctual individual
- A history of longevity in previous roles
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish)
- Hiring team is willing to overlook inbound call center experience for this type of candidate. That said, the candidate should possess longevity in previous roles
