Customer Service/Tech Support - Sky Lean - Remote

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service/Tech Support professional to lead our support team. The right applicant will be tasked with handling internal support as well as customer support issues.


As the leader of this team your job will be to handle incoming phone calls, emails and support chat for three different education products that Sky Learn provides.

Some of the core responsibilities include:


* Work with students in our online education courses to resolve their support issues in a quick and professional manor.


* Work with employees of Sky Learn when issues arise with their computer, email, VoIP phone, etc. to resolve the issue as quick as possible.


* Work in Magento, Infusionsoft, and our custom LMS to edit orders, edit customer profiles, build course in the LMS, manage contacts within Infusionsoft, etc.


* Manage follow up phone calls with students to make sure that their issue has been resolved.

  • Prior Customer Service/Tech support experience

    *

  • Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.

  • Participates in development of client training programs

    *

  • Research required information using available resources;

    *

  • Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes

    *

  • Follow standard processes and procedures;

    *

  • Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary;

    *

  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates

    *

  • Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations;

    *

  • Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately;

    *

  • Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment;

    *

  • Effective listening skills;

    *

  • Multi-tasking capabilities;

    *

  • Ability to work in a diverse market concurrently.

Benefits/Compensation


Total Compensation: $12.00 per hour Part time to a full time position.
