ConocoPhillips Global Aviation Services is currently recruiting for a Flight Attendant position. This position assists the Assistant Chief Pilot and will serve as a flight attendant on company aircraft in support of the OK/TX air shuttle operations based in Bartlesville, OK.
The position will assume complete charge of passengers and aircraft cabin during normal, abnormal and emergency situations. Provide safe, efficient, effective, professional, passenger service.
In order to be considered for this position you must live or relocate to within one hour drive time of the Bartlesville Municipal Airport
Responsibilities may include
:
Works to promote and maintain the ConocoPhillips “zero” incident rate safety culture while employing efficient procedures that support customer service
Assist in preparing the aircraft interior, checking safety items, checking commissary items, and other pre-flight duties as assigned by the Pilot-in-Command
Check emergency equipment upon boarding
Brief passengers as per FAR 125.327 as requested by the Pilot-In-Command
Assist passengers to meet and exceed the ConocoPhillips customer service expectations during flight
Ensure passenger safety and compliance with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations
Assist passengers and crewmembers during abnormal/emergency situations
Remain with the aircraft during the post-flight period; assist in normal securing of the aircraft
Attend ongoing training, which may be prescribed by the company or FAA and strive to maintain the highest possible degree of proficiency
Perform any other duties that may be requested by ConocoPhillips Standards Flight Attendant and/or Pilot-in-Command
Knowledgeable of aircraft and ground security procedures
Qualifications
Basic/Required:
Legally authorized to work in the United States
FAA Flight Attendant Certification
1+ years of Corporate Aviation Flight Attendant experience
The ability to read, speak, write and understand the English language
Willing to work all days of the week, including holidays and weekends to meet specific flight schedules per established work guidelines
Preferred:
5+ years of professional flight attendant experience within the previous seven years
Certified in CPR, AED and First Aid
Knowledge and ability to perform in-flight emergency procedures and operate aircraft emergency equipment
Must read, write and articulate English to concisely complete all necessary paperwork and essential communications. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to effectively present information and respond to passengers’ questions
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Transmits information so it is received and understood in the way it was intended
Actively communicates and takes time to safely perform work to protect our people and environment
Responds resourcefully, flexibly and positively when faced with challenges and demands
Generates effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions
