Eventure, LLC, is seeking a Customer Service Rock Star to join our Sports Tournaments Housing Concierge Team. The Sports Tournament Concierge /Hotel Coordinator is the central point of contact for Tournament Teams correspondence from when the team is accepted into the tournament until hotel check – out . Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish, and have a high level of customer service skills over the phone and background in reservations or sports tournaments is a plus.*Job Duties: ** Coordinate and manage all Teams hotel accommodations* Record all Team correspondence in company CRM* Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.* Become an expert in all aspects of the Tournament to ensure guests are provided withaccurate information and inquiries are responded to in complete detail* Become extremely knowledgeable with Tournament Hotels services and amenities as well as other concierge services offered to the Teams during the Tournament.* Become proficient in Company’s CRM and reporting software* Follow the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures* Answer telephone inquiries promptly and professionally and provide immediate and courteous telephone response when booking and scheduling hotel accommodation’s or concierge services* Respond to Sports Tournament Concierge emails and personal company email in a timely manner* Ensure attention to detail is accurately maintained with each guest reservation and all guest requirements or issues are clearly resolved and recorded* Communicate feedback from Teams/Hotels to assist with the overall customer and tournament experience* Participate in weekly team meetings in the office* At minimum meet with goals to exceed reservation booking goals set forth through the Tournament and Employer* Work in a non-supervised environment and take ownership for independent decisions made in the best interest of the guest Tournament and Company* Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service* Manage high volume work and follow through assigned tasks* Ability to handle urgent, sensitive/confidential information / problems* Great customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)* Must be reliable, honest and punctual* Ability to complete multiple tasks on short deadlines* Occasional late evenings and weekend work will be required with advanced notice* At least 1 year of working in an office environment*Qualifications: ** Billingual in Spanish* Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Outlook, Keyboard/Data entry* Effective communication skills (verbal & written)* Ability to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette* Effective organization skills* Team player with desire for interaction with a diverse group of employees and guests* Empathetic tendencies and compulsion to exceed guest and Clients expectations* Willing to work shift work and varied days off on occasion* Enjoy working in a fast-pace environment*Additional Position Details: ** Previous work with Sports Tournaments or Team Hotel Accommodations and/or fluency in Spanish is a plus but not a requirement* Position is for immediate hire with the option of an hourly position or salary based on candidate’s qualifications.*About EVENTURE, LLC*EVENTURE, LLC is a female owned and operated modern meeting and event planning firm and group housing concierge based in Las Vegas, NV.
