Call Center Collections/ BE Collections - First Cash Financial Call Center - Euless, TX


ABOUT THE JOB


Our Collections Representatives work in a fast-paced call center environment making collections calls on past due loans. The primary responsibilities are collections, customer service and other loss mitigation or recovery activities. Collectors are expected to follow all federal and state regulations as well as Company protocol during all collections efforts. Contacts delinquent customers in order to secure payment and determine reason for delinquency on active loan accounts. Collectors can resolve routine billing inquiries and negotiate payment arrangements to resolve delinquent accounts. Understands and educates customers on account terms and alternate payment programs and methods. Navigates a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications. Collectors are typically responsible for 250 calls per day and work on a predictive dialer system.


HOURLY RATE DEPENDS ON POSITION/EXPERIENCE


$12-15 /per hour PLUS BONUSES


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Minimum one year in a high-volume Collections/BE Collections Call Center environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to flourish in a fast paced work environment

  • PC experience with familiarity of several computer applications (Excel: Data Entry)

  • Problem solving abilities, dependable

  • Skip Tracing

  • Bilingual in Spanish is PLUS!
