Part or Full Time Sales Associate / Front Desk position available at a busy day spa in Cranbury.
Position Requirements:
- 1 year minimum Customer Service and Sales experience.
- Effectively communicate with members and guests on membership benefits, spa policies and procedures.
- Customer service oriented with ability to communicate effectively with guests and cohesively work with Spa management and Spa Technicians in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours including evenings and weekends.
- Strong multitasking and great customer service skills with ability to handle busy phone lines, setting appointments, greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and during their visit.
- Maintain a professional reception area.
- Administrative tasks including filing, guest file maintenance and data entry of guests records.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and lobby store.
- Various duties as assigned by Spa Management.
- Computer knowledge.
- A mature and friendly personality.
- Previous spa experience would be a plus, but not required.
