Personnel Resources is seeking a full time Customer Service Representative for a client in Troy, Alabama. This position is in a small office so employee will be cross trained for other areas within the office. Must have excellent data entry experience along with administrative experience. Main job duties include responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm and hourly pay is $12 an hour.
