Job Summary:
Customer service is always the priority! The Store Manager is the main contact to support store operations and assist with department managers to maximize sales performance through the effective promotion plans. This position is expected to act as a role model, providing exemplary service to customers and ensuring all employees are following established standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting
- One year of project management experience preferred
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Knowledge of food production process, product lines, and labeling
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to help with customer requests
- Working on weekends, holidays, or rotating schedule may be required
Key Responsibility
- Monitors department performance and initiate applicable action plans to improve sales.
- Ensure employees comply with internal procedures and company policies.
- Evaluates department performance and initiates effective promotion plans.
- Responds to employee complaints or operation issues and escalate issues to appropriate levels.
- Ensures adherence to government regulations with well documented reports.
- Rewards and retains outstanding employee with growth opportunities.
- Provides exemplary service to customers with ease and professionalism.
