MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven customer service experience.

  • Proven self-starter and team player.

  • Excellent data entry skills.

  • Previous exemplary job performance and attendance.

  • Ability to cross-train in various divisional units as required.

  • Must work late shift on Wednesday evenings

  • Able to travel between offices as assigned.

  • Bilingual language skills preferred.

DUTIES:


Major responsibilities include customer service in person and over the phone, data entry (alpha and numerical) processing, filing of a variety of documents, sorting and distributing mail, and applied cashiering functions.
Other duties as assigned.


HOURLY SALARY:
$16.876
