Main Responsibilities
- Monitor broadcasts and schedule advertisements and commercials.
- Prepare daily commercial program logs, process copy instructions, work with inventory, maintain library and program formats.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors and ads agencies members.
Required skills
- Must work well under pressure while adhering to company deadlines.
- Good organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to handle a lot of detail on a daily basis.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in using Wide Orbit Software is preferred but not required.
