Customer Service Team Leader (26611339)




Would you like to lead an enthusiastic and dynamic team who excel in customer services?


As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for motivating and managing the Service and Planning Team.


Key Duties are:


  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their specific enquiries

  • Book and allocate customer jobs to engineers

  • Update database with changes and status of each customers

  • General administration including taking payments, issuing receipts and customer correspondence

  • Work to SLAs

Essential Requirements are


  • Experience in a customer service environment, preferably in an office/contact centre environment

  • Experience of leading and managing customer services professionals

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Able to inspire and motivate a team

  • A good geographical knowledge
