R&H Toyota in Owings Mills is now hiring a Business Development Coordinator for our growing store. Business Development Coordinator who will respond to internet customer inquiries, handle the leads, the internet listings, make follow up phone calls and then set up appointments with potential customers for the sales team to take over the selling process. This position will be responsible for both new & pre-owned internet car sales. We are looking for someone who has an ambition to succeed and grow within a fast paced environment. Job Summary: Receive all inbound sales calls and set appointments in the service department. Support on-line customers by setting appointments. Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction. Continually learn about services offered, recalls, product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer.
