Communications Officer/ Dispatcher - City of Bisbee - Bisbee, AZ

Dispatch Police Officers/Units including Fire, Ambulance, Humane Officer and after hours Public Works. Answer telephone calls for service from nine incoming lines including the 911 system and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Skill in dealing with stressful situations and remaining able to function effectively. Must possess an AZ Drivers License, High School diploma or GED. Ability to perform rotating shift assignments, pass a drug test, a psychological test battery and a comprehensive background check. Preference may be given to applicants possessing previous communications officer experience.
