Transcription reviewer - Backstage Library Works - Remote

Temporary contractor positions available for a contract going through the end of June. The project entails reviewing transcription against the original image and making any corrections needed. Work can be done from home. Pay is a piece rate.


Requirements:
Must accurately type 50+ wpm
Ability to work productively and intelligently with minimal supervision
Attentiveness to detail
Strong organizational skills
Familiarity with 18th and 19th century business handwriting


Job Type: Contract


Required experience:


  • Transcription or Editorial work preferred: 1 year
