2-1-1 Call Specialist: VITA and MyFreeTaxes - United Way Association of South Carolina - Columbia, SC

United Way Association of South Carolina runs the largest non-profit call center in the state and is currently looking for new employees to add to our team! This position will primarily be scheduling VITA (volunteer income tax assistance) appointments and working with MyFreeTaxes to provide tax assistance to clients over the phone.


Job Type: Full-time


Salary: $12.50 /hour


Local candidates only:


Required experience:


  • Tax Agency, Call Center, or United Way 211 experience strongly preferred: 2 years

Required education:


  • High school or equivalent

Required language:


  • Spanish (a plus, but not mandatory)
