Provide Customer Support to our clients by communicating with customers and publishers via telephone and email to resolve service issues. Build and develop client relationships with new and existing accounts. Resolve delivery problems and other customer satisfaction issues. Assist clients with the use of our website – provide information and instruction. Support the supervising Account Manager. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Meet and manage client project deadlines. Miscellaneous projects as per Management discretion.
Requirements
- Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer facing role either remote or face to face.
- Understands internal processes and tools.
- Computer proficiency.
- Problem solving skills.
- Accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent fluency in language to be supported.
- Experience in a phone based remote role.
- Familiarity with computer technology.
- Time management skills.
- Allocates own time efficiently.
- Receives general instructions on all work.
- High school education or equivalent.
- To adequately perform the duties of the job individuals must possess a minimum of 6 months to 1 year general experience, or equivalent college level education.
- Applies basic knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments/tasks.
- Good understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job.
- Works on assignments that are routine to moderately complex in nature and require basic problem resolution and independent judgment.
