This is a blended position for an innovative and organized candidate. Responsibilities include those for running a busy front desk – answering phones, greeting visitors, maintaining conference rooms and schedule, routing faxes, scanning documents, and some administrative overflow.
File room responsibilities will involve filing and organizing those documents that are to be stored in the file room, monitoring and maintaining the closed file spreadsheet, and maintaining the file room for ease of fuse.
This position will also have the opportunity to cross-train for a variety of administrative functions, including accounts payable/receivable, billing, troubleshooting IT issues, and all other duties assigned by management.
An ideal candidate will have a strong computer background, a desire to learn new systems, and the eagerness to master each task to achieve advancement.
Job requires sitting, speaking on the telephone, walking, standing, use of hands and arms to reach for or grab objects, some of which may be overhead. There may be occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching or lifting up to 25 pounds.
