Here’s where you come in:


As Humanitarian Design, Monitoring and Evaluation (H-DME) Advisor you will lead humanitarian DME within the World Vision Partnership. You will ensure that World Vision’s H-DME systems produce accurate, timely, reliable evidence to support decisions on effective programme implementation for children and communities within humanitarian contexts. You will ensure that World Vision emergency programmes meet internal and external standards for humanitarian DME. You will work with the GC-evidence and learning team and other groups within the World Vision Partnership to design strategies, standards and systems that provide the necessary direction and competency for World Vision to deliver innovation and quality in humanitarian DME.


Requirements include:


Has a degree or equivalent in social sciences or related field.


· Detailed knowledge of the content and application of quality assurance to humanitarian DME.


· Must be prepared to travel for up to 30% of the time including up to two deployments of up to 6 weeks at short notice.


· At least three years mid/senior level experience on work to enhance DME and quality assurance in emergency situations.


· Excellent communication skills including facilitation, training and influencing.
