As a key service provider to Audi UK an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to lead a newly created Relationship Management Team at offices in Stokenchurch near High Wycombe.
As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for motivating and managing a team to drive incremental improvement in finance renewals across the Audi Centre network. The team will achieve this by contacting customers with Contract Hire Agreements with Audi Finance, building relationships and discussing renewal of their agreement.
Along with a wealth of experience in leading an internal sales team you will possess exceptional customer service and communication skills. Our client is looking for a dynamic, self-starter who has a wealth of experience in successfully improving performance in sales, ideally but not essentially within the automotive industry.
The successful candidates will ideally posses the following:
• Experience of leading and managing sales professionals
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Account Management expertise, ideally but not essentially within the automotive industry
• Proven track record of generating and developing new business
• An exceptional telephone manner
• Experience in negotiating and influencing
• Experience of relationship management
• A self-motivated ‘can do’ attitude
• A confident and articulate telephone manner with the ability to build rapport
• Resilient, tenacious and proactive
