Mailroom Clerk/Imaging Processor - CRS Group - Orlando, FL

I would look for a mailroom/imaging clerk. These people would be the best fit!!!!


Responsible for performing both the core and advanced functions of one or more service areas within Supporting Services. Responsibilities also include ongoing problem solving, trouble-shooting equipment and/or processes, consulting with customers, acting as a resource to team members, and maintaining quality standards as defined for each function.


Specific Responsibilities:
* Open incoming mail and prepare for scanning.
* Decide what each document in mail piece should be classified as.
* Scan prepped mail into the Imaging System using high-speed document scanners.
* De-prep scanned documents to identify cheques and original documents to be sent to specific client teams and domains for further processing.
* Index document images for selected items by applying the correct information to the image.
* Fulfill requests for original paper from client teams from the paper stored in Imaging.
* General light maintenance on scanner and other small office equipment as needed.
* Maintain paper and electronic logs.
* Use Internal Document Capture Program to perform quality checks and reorganization process on scanned document images.
* Work with 3-4 other Associates directly to accomplish the above tasks within agreed timelines.
* Handle the CHSS process ensuring the SLAs are met


High School Graduate
3-5 years experience in related role preferred.


* Consistently demonstrate the ability to uphold quality standards in work with no supervision.
* Flexible and proficient in all functions of the service area(s) and demonstrate the ability to recognize when to shift work efforts to improve the deliverables of the service area(s).
* Anticipate challenges, prioritizes, and adjusts to ensure multiple complex deliverables are completed according to internal and external service measures.
* Act as a role model for achieving quality results by applying best practices, adhering to quality standards, understanding customer impact, etc.
* When problems arise, communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members to resolve issues and perform appropriate follow-up to prevent issues in the future.
* Demonstrate knowledge by recognizing inefficiencies and initiating changes to improve both workflow and/or cost.
* Excel at utilizing equipment capabilities and provide trouble-shooting for minor equipment issues within service area(s).
