Join us!

The Finance team at PSI supports our colleagues by providing financial data to improve decision making, as well as providing the necessary reporting and financial processes and controls to manage our operations and meet our funder requirements. We work collaboratively with our Operations colleagues to understand their needs, and find ways to provide them with information that helps them understand their financial performance so that they can make evidence based decisions.

PSI is looking to understand the cost of delivering its products and services to its end users so that we can make better decisions, such as what would it take to make this product/ service no longer dependent on a funder subsidy? Why does it cost more to reach certain populations? How should we price our products and services?

We have been working with consultants to pilot an activity based costing model, and are now looking for a Senior Financial and Analysis Manager to lead the cost accounting project at PSI – helping us to build off of our experiences in the pilots to develop and maintain our cost accounting model, and roll out the use of the costing model across the organization. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to ensure pre-requisite decision points and data gathering can be met, as well as coaching the organization as to how to use the data produced by the costing model to drive decision making and analysis
