Supports the Headquarters (HDQ) HR Compliance team. Collecting completed Fingerprint Applications and checking for accuracy, scanning fingerprints and transmitting to the Clearinghouse. Responsibilities include faxing/scanning US Customs results, collecting USPS forms and checking for accuracy, database entry and working with IBM via SharePoint. Interact with HDQ and station management by phone and email. The position includes on-phone and off-phone assignments. You will be trained to understand and explain information to assist hiring managers bringing recalls/transfers/new hires onboard with American Airlines. May include some travel.
