Call Center Customer Service Specialist


The successful Customer Service Specialist will be proactive, highly motivated individual, who thrives in a fast paced, fun & collaborative environment.


Work Hours: 8:00 am -5:00 pm with 2 – 15 minute breaks& 1 hour lunch break


Interview process will be first round phone screen/interview to assess candidates phone/customer service skills live, then a final round In person will be scheduled/Interviews ASAP


For Manager attendance is Key


Job Description/Daily responsibilities/Requirements


Daily responsibilities:


  • Answering phone calls and providing customer service

  • Willing to look at individuals with any amount of years of experience

  • Looking for individuals who are strong multitasking skills.

  • They will be expected to make an average of 40 – 50 calls a day.

  • They will be assessed on their production and quality.

  • They will also learn how to process endorsements

  • Looking for candidates with good track record within a call center environment

  • Ideally min of 1 – 3 years + working in a Call Center environment.
