We are in need of the following positions…
Cooks (Prep & Line): Our Cooks are “palate-pleasers.” They’re the ones responsible for bringing our menus to life— carefully crafting all of our inventive culinary creations and plating them in a manner that’s worthy of a five-star experience. This is not your typical bowling alley fare, and it requires a special kind of cook to unleash all this culinary brilliance. To do just that, we need professionals who can follow our menu manual and consistently prepare exceptional cuisine while controlling our costs. Can you make all this amazing food—and keep a kitchen that’s clean, orderly, and in compliance with all health department safety regulations and Bowlmor-specific guidelines? Great—let’s talk.
Dishwashers: “You gotta roll up ya’ sleeves…” Kanye’s not right about a lot of things, but he does make a valuable point about the importance of kitchen cleanliness. When there are dishes in the back, our Dishwashers roll up their sleeves—cleaning appliances and other kitchen surfaces, removing trash, returning items to inventory, and sanitizing our glasses and flatware to make them sparkle and shine. Dishwashers work with our automatic dishwashing machine—loading it with soaps, monitoring temperature, and reporting any breakdowns. (On occasion, you may have to clean dishes the old-fashioned way— by hand. ) Our Dishwashers are Class-A professionals committed to providing dishes so clean—you can eat off them.
Janitors: As a member of our janitorial staff, you’re committed to making your surroundings sparkle. Our Clean Team is a special group of individuals who are responsible for the cleanliness of the venue, sanitizing all surfaces in our kitchen and bar areas, stocking our bars with glassware, replenishing our bar cooler(s), and changing out products (like empty beer kegs) as needed. You’ll vacuum, wax, mop, and dust your way towards making your venue look as shiny and new as possible. We pride ourselves on providing world-class service at each of our distinctive venues—and that service begins with a first-class commitment to clean.
Porters: The Porter position is an essential role in our venue, delivering world-class service to our guests by maintaining cleanliness and creating an immaculate in-venue experience. Porters keep our innovative bowling lounges in tip-top shape, emptying trash cans, sanitizing our kitchen and bars areas, and responding to accidental spills and messes wherever they may occur. Our clients expect an outstanding bowling experience when they visit us and our Porters, as “jack-of-all-trades” team members, do what it takes to ensure that a stunning and sanitary venue is at the forefront of that experience.
