Contract Length : 2 years Pay Rate : $15/hr, plus full benefits available Location : Downtown Houston Schedule : Monday through Friday, Start Time between 7am and 9am Industry : Retail electric/energy industry
Responsibilities :
- Receive inbound customer calls from commercial customers
- Tasks will include receiving payment information and striving to provide one call resolution to customers
Required Skills :
- Minimum 1 year recent call center experience
- Minimum 1 year retail electric/energy industry
- Strong in MS Excel
- History of reliability/dependability with work schedule
Preferred Skills :
- MS Excel abilities to create Pivot Tables and use VLOOKUPs
- Bachelor’s degree
- Siebel, Lodestar or SAP experience
Salary: $15.00 /hour
