Customer Service Representative-Account Holder Department - Allied Stone, Inc. - Dallas, TX






Allied Stone is the largest importer and fabricator of natural stone counter-tops in Texas and Oklahoma. Customer Service Rep act as a link between builders and the company. We are currently seeking a perfect candidate who able to be responsible for the coordination of the builders and the production and installation of granite counter-top.


They must understand their builders’ needs and objectives and liaise closely with them throughout the process on a daily basis. They manage, administrate, and oversee work to ensure that production and installation of counter-tops are completed on time. The role involve handling multiple accounts by proactively finding and verifying information along with complete payments.


Duties include but not limited to the following:


  • Receiving orders from the builders and order entry

  • Effective communication through email, phone, and in person

  • Thoroughly completing job folders for every step of the process and updating system

  • Keeping current with job updates and changes

  • Swiftly addressing issues by creating work orders, if needed, forwarding to proper department.

Requirements:


  • Associate degree preferred.

  • Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

  • Highly Organized with a strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work under time constraints
