Our client, a dynamic and ambitious independent estate agents based in the Harrow and Northwood areas are looking for a branch Manager to run their latest office and have full autonomy to realise the office potential and build the team currently in place. This is not a cold start althought as it is essential that in the early stages a very driven and proactive estate agent is needed to push the business forward. Working in an affluent area such as Northwood we are looking for a polished and well presented candidate who has a solid and proven track record in estate agency.
Requirements:
4-5 years experience in Sales and Lettings
Proven track record in Banking and instruction winning
natural and experienced in leadership
Ability to motivate and drive the team forward
Highly proactive go-getter
Eye for marketing and advertising
Ability to communicate with all levels of clients
Thorough knowledge of both the lettings and sales processes
Looking to be a future owner of the business rather than just an employee
Own car and clean driving licence
