Commercial Sales Administrator - Part time 18hrs (26588450)




We are looking for for a Part Time Sales Administrator to work 18hrs a week, ideally covering the hours of 9am to 3pm, although the client can be flexible to what hours you work.


Key Skills:


- Good Knowledge of the appropriate computer software systems (essential)


- Previous work within a customer service environment (essential)


- Understanding of office practices (essential)


- Experience of call handling (essential)


- Computer literate (essential)


- Be able to use own initiative (essential)


- Commercial understanding and knowledge (essential)


- Excellent administration skills (essential)


Job description:


This role is to provide support to our customer base, with advice, identification and distribution of sales leads, processing, logging and distribution of quotations for spare parts / consumables, standard plant, (including Export). To ensure our customers receive the best quality service.


Responsibilities:


- Identification and distribution of sales leads to the appropriate business unit


- Enhance & follow up sales promotions


- Dedicated support to Key Accounts


- All quotations are entered and attached into CRM


- Telephone calls should be handled in line with the telephone protocol
