At Nissan, we are looking for customer relationship managers who recognise that success is driven by the experience of the customer and have the communication and relationship building skills, to positively influence a customer’s perception of the Nissan brand.
Working as part of a dedicated customer team you will be responsible for managing the customer journey from initial call to resolution. This is a fast paced and challenging work environment where you will be responsible for managing your own customer case load. You will:
- Be a confident communicator to work cross-functionally with other departments and suppliers to establish the root cause of issues and to identify a solution.
- A proactive learner to continuously maintain knowledge of the latest products and services available to customers.
- Possess strong administration and prioritisation skills to manage customer cases in a timely fashion.
- Able to work within commercial guidelines and to identify cost-effective solutions that meet the needs of the customer and the business.
- Have a competitive spirit, to support the ambitions of the brand and to strive for personal and team success.

Requirements:
- Ideally educated to A Level standard or equivalent vocational standard with a minimum grade C or equivalent in Maths and English GCSE.
- Experience of working to service levels and a proven track record of delivering a high quality customer experience.
