What you will be doing:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all customers
- Signing up new customers
- Selling products to customers in store
- Handling customer enquiries to include face to face, on the telephone and via email
- Consulting with customers on self-storage needs and availability
- Entering customer information on the database
- Dealing with debt management of customer accounts
- Working as a team to achieve store targets
- General housekeeping and maintenance of the store
Ideal Candidate:
You will have experience within a face to face customer service environment with experience of selling products. You will be confident when dealing with customers and have excellent communication skills along with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
Salary:
In this location a Sales Assistant can expect a basic salary of £13,700 – £15,000 per annum and On-Target-Earnings taking you up to £18,750 per annum.
