Rutgers the State University of New Jersey and Dean of Students of Mason Gross School of the Arts is looking for administrative support – acting as primary point of contact for students and parents; maintaining relevant databases and student record files; maintaining confidential student records; administering student mailings; telephone support; assists with special events; and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent, and/or up to 4 years of relevant office, clerical, bookkeeping, library assistant or related experience depending on the duties to be preformed. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the experience requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
Undergraduate degree; experience working in higher education is preferred. Preference will be given for applicants who are familiar with, and/or willing to learn, Rutgers computer applications such as IMS , Degree Navigator, ImageNow, RUtransfer.
