2Modern is seeking a dynamic Customer Service professional with Logistics Coordination experience.
We are a fast-growing ecommerce company within the home/office furnishings business based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Established in 2003, 2Modern is a pioneer and leader in the modern furniture, lighting and accessory market.
Team members are responsible for ensuring all processes from initial inquiry through delivery/installation are fulfilled efficiently. This role is primarily back-office, coordinating shipments with vendors and freight companies to ensure successful fulfillment of product, analyzing data and driving towards margin goals.
The position is full-time Monday to Friday and can be remote/telecommute.
Tasks mainly include: Coordinating with shipping companies, vendors and customers via phone or email in a professional and high paced environment. Candidates must be extremely detail oriented, independent with polished problem solving skills as well as be a team player. Candidate will be working within a dynamic sales and customer support team.
We are looking for individuals with a knowledge of ecommerce operations and logistics coordination. People who are able to offer an extremely high standard of customer service, are proactive and work well within a team.
We expect applicants to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be extremely organized, be able to work to deadlines with a high level of accuracy, be able to problem-solve and have competent computer skills.
Candidates with relevant customer service or high-end retail experience preferred. To have experience of working with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems and working in furniture/lighting sales or administration will be an advantage.

Hours Needed: Approximately 40 hours a week to be worked during standard business hours.
