This key Associate must have excellent Guest Service skills, be able to work independently, and respond to our Guests’ needs from 11:00 pm to 7:00 a.m.. Will check Guests in and out and report any concerns or problems to the General Manager. Must be able to correctly and accurately account for all receipts and provide correct and accurate cash handling. Will also be involved in Conference Room set up and clean up.Runs accounting and audit of daily transactions.
Assists guests from 11:00 pm to 7:00 a.m.
This will be a weekend position 2-3 Nights a week.
DUTIES
Assists guests throughout shift, checking guests in/out. Runs daily accounting/audit using computers, 10-key. May set up meeting rooms, moving tables, chairs. Light laundry duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous night audit/hotel experience are preferred. Ability to compute accounting and math problems, resolve transaction disputes accurately and efficiently. Must be computer literate and have some accounting knowledge or background. Must be guest oriented and provide superior guest service. Must be able to physically handle tasks that require lifting, pushing or pulling. Must have excellent telephone skills.
