The Front Desk Receptionist must be professional in appearance and speech. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting all guests, including customers, visitors, and personnel. Directs guests to appropriate department, office, or meeting room. Provides clerical support for all departments.

Minimum Job Requirements
1. High School education (or equivalent).
2. Office experience.
3. Experience in Customer Service.
4. PC Knowledge (Microsoft Office is preferred).
5. Typing Skills.

inconvenience, or unfairness to any individual on whom information is maintained.
The integrity of information must be maintained as outlined in the company Administrative
Manual.

Segregation of duties will be used to ensure that errors or irregularities are prevented
or detected on a timely basis by employees in the normal course of business. This
position must adhere to the segregation of duties guidelines in the Administrative
Manual.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES OR ACCOUNTABILITIES (Essential Functions of Job)
1. Answers front desk telephone and transfers or forwards to appropriate party. Retrieve provider and member e-mails and forwards to the appropriate customer service staff member.
2. Retrieves messages left on ACD line and forwards to a customer service representative in a timely manner.
3. Screens visitors and uses judgement in admitting guests into the lobby. Greets all walk-in guest, including customers, visitors, and personnel.
4. Processes incoming and outgoing deliveries. Maintain purchases orders to verify completeness of goods shipped. Contac vendors to schedule pick-up of out-going packages.
5. Maintain front lobby area and work desk, assuring a neat and professional environment.
6. Receives monthly premium payments from Medipak and other policyholders and provides a receipt to members.
7. Schedules meeting rooms for all regional staff members.
8. Maintains a professional appearance.
9. Is friendly and demonstrates a positive attitude at all times and is a willing to cooperate and assist all personnel and guest.
10. Maintains confidentiality of all job-related information.
11. Provides back-up assistance to Regional Customer Service staff when needed.
12. Maintain group application database, notating group additions, group changes and filing in appropriate group files in a timely manner.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.
