Audi Relationship Manager Team Leader
Office based, Up To £33,000 OTE, plus benefits.
Would you like to lead a team that manages relationships with up to 30,000 Audi UK customers per year?
As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing a team of four Customer Relationship Managers to drive incremental improvement in finance renewals across the Audi Centre network and to continually improve the service and experience given to our customers.
The team will achieve this by contacting customers with Contract Hire Agreements with Audi Finance, building relationships and discussing renewal of their agreement.
The successful candidates will ideally posses the following:
- Experience of leading and managing customer service professionals
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team
- An exceptional telephone manner
Experience in negotiating and influencing
Experience of relationship management
A self-motivated ‘can do’ attitude
A confident and articulate telephone manner with the ability to build rapport
Resilient, tenacious and proactive
