IT & TELECOMS SUPPORT ENGINEER – TELECOMS & IT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Our client is a small but successful computer support and business telecoms provider. Reputable for providing IT and Telecoms solutions, their clients come from a range of industries. We are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic IT/Telecoms support technician to join their team in Northwood, Middlesex.
The role would suit a hardworking candidate with hands on Technical Experience in Remote Support looking to develop their career with a company offering scope for progression.
As an IT & Telecoms Support Engineer you will be responsible for a range of duties including onsite and offsite customer support on printers, servers, PCs and telephone systems as well as dealing with online portals and following through broadband and telephone line issues and orders.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- An office background – minimum 2 years office experience
- Technical Support Experience
- Recognised IT accreditation
- Multiple OS Experience desirable
- Strong Microsoft application knowledge – Office etc.
Additionally, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, an organised approach and strong attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment and be able to work independently and as part of a team are also key, as is good numeracy and problem-solving abilities.
