Office Assistant job - Columbia University - New York, NY

The Office Assistant will perform a wide variety of complex clerical duties including organizing and planning varied work details; writing, editing, typing and presenting of various documents and materials; preparing own correspondence and formatting reports; organizing itineraries, coordinating and scheduling meetings. Arranging appointments for patients and scheduling laboratory; Performing other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications for Grade

Requires two years of college or equivalent business experience.
