Production Workers at The Cheesecake Factory Bakery are members of a high performing team, producing approximately 70 varieties of cheesecake for our restaurants and retailers nationwide. Production Workers will be hired to fill one of
the positions below, and have an opportunity to move into more challenging roles as they demonstrate proficiency and
interest in advancing their careers.

Depositing:


  • Set-up pans/collars/circles, crumb spinners and depositors


  • Use depositors to deposit add-ins into batter

Crumb Blending:

  • Operate Crumb blender and other equipment to mix properly


  • Perform crumb inventory

Topping:

  • Apply and decorate or deposit toppings onto cakes per specifications


  • Operate a pump and depositor


  • Load or unload products from pans and racks

Finishing:

  • Decorate cakes per specifications (cream, ganaches, mousse, rosettes)


  • Maintain pastry bags


  • Operate chocolate shaving machine


  • Fill cracks and repair cakes as appropriate

Packaging:

  • Ensure correct packaging is used for each product


  • Effectively manage labeling of boxes and inventory levels


  • Package all cakes per specification and carefully to avoid damage


  • Understand and execute palletizing patterns; operate a pallet jack


  • Operate tape machine, ADCO and other packaging equipment

All Production Workers:

  • Read, understand and follow product specifications, forms and instructions


  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and sanitation of work area & equipment


  • Perform functions in a timely manner


  • Assist other positions as required


  • Demonstrate teamwork and good communication


  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) practices


  • Adhere to food safety and quality policies

Qualifications

  • Ability to continuously lift 30+ lbs


  • Demonstrated ability to read, understand and follow specifications
