Sales Progressor – Our Client in Amersham is looking for a Sales Progressor to join their successful Estate Agency.
The role of the Sales Progressor is to provide crucial back up to the Sales team and ensure that the sales pipeline progresses efficiently thorough to completion. You will be liaising with a range of solicitors, mortgage lenders and Estate agents and reporting back to the Vendors and purchasers.
Ideally candidates will have experience in a similar role and essential is at least 2 years experience in Estate Agency. It would suit someone who enjoys Estate Agency but perhaps wants to step away from the Sales side and work Monday to Friday.
It is essential that you have fantastic problem solving ability, be able to prioritise your workload, have good IT skills and excellent communication skills.
Basic salary up to £22K plus bonus paid on completions.
