DUTIES:
- Primary job is Appointment Setting for various leads (consumer consultation, recruitment, business partnerships). Most will be semi-warm leads.
- General office work.
- Various Sales & Marketing work to generate leads and appointments (a bonus)
- Accounting/Bookkeeping (a bonus).
Requirements:
- Highly Skilled in Setting Appointments over the phone (min. 2 yrs. Experience)
- High Energy, Friendly, Organized, Resourceful, Efficient, Problem Solver
- Integrity
- Success Driven
- Knows how to use CRM
- Insurance/Financial service experience (a bonus)
- MS Office Suite (especially word, excel, ppt, outlook)
- Must be growth minded and coachable.
- Must be FLEXIBLE to experimenting with different working hours and systems in order to achieve maximum success. ***
- Must be available during the following Prospecting Calling Hours** M-F: 8 – 10:30 am (2.5 hrs.), 4 – 6:30 pm (2.5 hrs.) Sat: 9:30 – 12:30 pm (3 hrs.) Total: 28 hrs./week.
- Must be available during normal business hours (M-F: 9am – 6:30pm) to perform Office Duties* if prospecting calls are not made.
** Prospecting Calling Hours: Note that total prospecting call hours of 28 calling hrs. per week does not including office duties work time). Depending on campaign, actual calling hours assigned may be more or less. Calling times may also be subject to change. Some calling times may be performed from home.

- Office Duties Hours: Specific office duty hours and which of those hours are to be at corporate office will be discussed during the interview. Also note that any set hours are subject to change. Advance notice of changes will be provided. In the beginning, the most probable office duty hours, at company location (when there is one) will most likely be from 10:30 – 12pm, M-F. This may increase over time.

INCOME POTENTIAL:
$10/hr. X 25 hrs. per week = $250
$20/appt. set X 10 appts. set per week = $200
$50/new client X 4 clients per week* = $200
Total earnings per week = $650 working 25 hrs.
Avg earnings per hr. = $26/hr. ($650/25) equivalent to $54K/yr. based on 40 hrs./wk.
- actual sales presentations are done by licensed agents, not the appointment setter.

The only guarantees made are the hourly rate and per appointment and per new client bonuses.

Important note: Any duties and/or calls made or received outside of working hours (calling and office time) will be considered ancillary or commission generating duties and are built into the compensation plan. If and when ancillary duties become excessive (taking up more than 5 hrs./week), compensation plan will be adjusted.
