Minimum Qualifications
• High School diploma or GED .
• Three (3) months customer service experience.
• Background check required.

• Current American Heart Association CPR / AED and First Aid certifications

Job Duties
Responsibility/Duty
• Greets incoming users and guests and ensures check-in procedures are followed; verifies student enrollment status.
• Answers telephone; provides information and assistance; directs to appropriate personnel.
• Processes cash transactions, including day pass sales, wellness assessment fees, and locker rental fees; completes cash drawer reports.
• Performs general cleaning duties; washes, dries, folds and restocks towels.
• Initiates emergency procedures as appropriate; contacts emergency response personnel; notifies manager on duty.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
