We have a new opportunity for an experienced Motor Trade Service Advisor
Main car dealership background is essential.
This will be a very busy position with lots of variety where you will be responsible for ensuring targets are carried out and all deadlines are being met whilst maintaining an excellent standard of customer service. You will also be liaising with customers; advising on progress, advising and assisting other service advisors, Meeting/greeting, bookings, enquiries, handovers, quotes, taking payments and dealing with complaints as well as general administrative duties. You will also be seeking authority to carry out further repairs.
