Customer Service Representative - Woman's Hospital - Baton Rouge, LA





Provides vital link between customer, scheduling and the production/manufacturing areas of Printing Services. Has frequent contact with both internal and external customers to obtain, provide or clarify information concerning pricing, quality, scheduling and delivery. The CSR will be involved start to finish, including forms management, work orders, packing slips, and invoices. Provides quote information to both internal chargeback and external customers. Procurement of necessary raw materials and supplies as required. Serve as back-up to Accounts Representative. Performs various duties assigned by Department management according to policies and procedures of Woman’s Hospital.

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.


Minimum Work Experience: Requires a minimum of three years Customer Services Representative experience in a production/manufacturing environment. Estimating experience preferred.


Job Knowledge: General clerical knowledge and organizational skills are required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products and internet and general Windows environment software applications. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
