The US Recruitment Operations team is responsible for providing overall guidance, support, and compliance to all processes and programs associated with hiring new employees into IBM. To be successful in this role, you’ll need knowledge of IBM recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes. You will also be able to assist with and lead efforts in the following areas: training of Recruitment staff, candidate management reporting and analysis, defining & assisting in strategy development, participating in client meetings, and leading multiple Recruitment operations projects simultaneously.
