Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Three years of customer service experience in a financial institution.
Training experience in a financial institution.
Supervisory experience required.
Personal computer experience to include Microsoft® Windows Applications.
Primary Functions:
Provides training to new employees. Conducts on-going training to all SCU employees to ensure exceptional member service and compliance with all SCU policies and procedures. Provides a resource for branch personnel to assist in the delivery of excellent member service. Develop policies and procedures for new and existing products and services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Trains all new and incoming employees
- Based on knowledge of identified training needs, coordinates and delivers weekly training sessions
- Develops and assists with teaching Teller Supervisory Training and Advanced FSR Training
- Monitors training progress of new employees and reports progress to Training and Resource Manager
- Assists with development of additional training for back office and front line staff
- Organizes and maintains training manuals, testing, internet procedures and other educational materials
- Provides after hour assistance to credit union staff, as needed
- Assists with the development of credit union policies and procedures
- Provides support to Branch personnel during business hours, by telephone interpreting procedures and deposit account issues, including but not limited to set up, product and service information and compliance issues.
- Serves as Teller Supervisor or FSR at branch offices when needed
Work Schedule:
Full Time – Monday through Saturday.
Varied hours and schedule depending on operational needs.
Current Location:
Home Office; However, work location may change according to SCU staffing needs.
Salary Range:
$17.14 per hour – $22.32 per hour
