I’m looking for a customer service agent with a strong eye for interior design. Tasks will include helping customers find the perfect cabinet hardware for their projects, so understanding design fundamentals is a must. Rep will be assisting customers via chat, phone, and email. Sales background is a definite strength.
Introductory salary is $8/hour during the initial period (normally 3 months), and then goes to $10/hour once the rep has demonstrated strong competency for the position. Part time or full time hours are possible.
