- Greet visitors in a prompt and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and routine inquiries and refer to appropriate party.
- Ensure all applicants are screened thoroughly in a timely manner.
- Process online and in-person applications and enter into Company database.
- Determine work eligibility and complete background checks, drug screens, and any additional tests on all candidates.
- Send applications and enrollment forms to Benefits Administrator on a daily basis.
- Enter all applicant information into internal software system.
- Maintain and create a positive work environment by leaving a good impression to all internal staff, guests, applicants, and temporary staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.50 /hour

Required experience:
- clerical, receptionist, or administrative: 1 year
Required education:
- High school or equivalent
