EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a highly energetic Welcome Desk Associate who has a passion for delivering great customer service to our community and guests. The Welcome Desk Associate is responsible for greeting members and guests to the Plaza. In this role you will need a good working knowledge of the Plaza, the local area, and effective phone communication skills. Additional duties include logging package deliveries, reserving meeting spaces within the building, and various administrative duties. This position takes mental agility and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced and deadline oriented environment. This position must also have the ability to work well both independently and as a member of a team.This position will be scheduled 20-40 hours a week.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Weekend and evening availability required.Holiday availability required.Availability between 8:00a and 8:00p.Multi-line phone usage.Performing a variety of clerical tasks in Word, Excel, and Outlook.Scheduling guest rooms and meeting reservations.Monitoring emergency systems and reporting emergencies to the proper department.Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service, internally and externally.Demonstrated experience providing lasting, positive first impressions.Ability to work in a clean and organized manner.Attention to detail.Strong listening skills and ability to follow directions.Good time-management and project prioritization skills.Self-directed worker, who takes initiative to complete all tasks in a timely manner.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A great heart and compassion for seniors.Must pass DSHS background check and drug screening.
