Job Summary:
Responsible for providing support and assisting Wealth Management Investment Managers by streamlining the workflow of the investment group. Serves as a point person for assigned projects, meetings (internally and externally), and hosted client events.
Essential/Required Duties and Responsibilities:
• Creates client and prospective client presentation materials. Responsible for maintaining and updating the information necessary for the presentations.
• Coordinates schedules and prepares for internal meetings and coordinates follow-up items.
• Ensures that all department files are complete and up to date for audits.
• Maintains and processes vendor invoices.
• Maintains and updates client and investment information in the various systems used by the Investment Group.
• Ensures that both bank and regulatory compliance standards and required reporting timelines are met.
• Assists with, plans or completes projects, depending on the scope or complexity, independently.
• Provides customer service to clients when Portfolio Managers are unavailable.
• Organize events for clients, prospective clients and COI’s, and coordinate follow-up.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Essential/Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education and Experience:
• Undergraduate degree (B.A./B.S.) preferred
• Ability to use specialized software programs with limited instruction
Certifications, Licensing, Education, Experience and Other Qualifications:
• Works in an office environment standing or sitting at a desk, table or computer workstation for extended periods of time.
• May travel by plane, car or other forms of transportation to attend business meetings or conferences.
• Approximately 50-80 percent of the time spend on the job involves the use of a personal computer.
