Brand hotel with 200 plus rooms, currently looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and thrive working in a fast paced environment.
- The primary duties of the Guest Service Agent / Relief Night Auditor :
- Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests of hotel.
- Excellent customer service skills a must.
- Handle daily closing procedures, run reports, and follow audit procedures for the hotel.
- Maintain brand standards.
- Be an outgoing, welcoming personality for the Hotel.
- Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy. – Follow instructions without close supervision.
- Be available for work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Resolve guest complaints when necessary
- Preform all activities in professional manner
